Auth is how you sign in to an application that uses us. It exists to answer one question — is this the same key-holder as last time? — and it is built so that it cannot answer any other.Auth هو ما تسجّل به الدخول إلى تطبيق يستخدم خدمتنا. وهو موجود للإجابة عن سؤال واحد — هل هذا هو حامل المفتاح نفسه كما في المرة السابقة؟ — ومبنيّ بحيث لا يستطيع الإجابة عن غيره.
What it holdsما الذي يحتفظ به
- An account id. A random string that means nothing outside our service. It is not derived from anything about you, and it is the only identifier we have.معرّف حساب. سلسلة عشوائية لا تعني شيئاً خارج خدمتنا. ليست مشتقّة من أي شيء يخصّك، وهي المعرّف الوحيد الذي نملكه.
- The public half of each passkey you enrolled, and the label your browser reported for the device at the time — Windows PC, iPhone. The private half never leaves your device and we never see it.النصف العام من كل مفتاح مرور سجّلته، والاسم الذي أبلغ عنه متصفحك للجهاز حينها — Windows PC أو iPhone. أما النصف الخاص فلا يغادر جهازك ولا نراه أبداً.
- Which applications you belong to, the id that application chose for you in its own system, and the date each of those began. Nothing else about the relationship.التطبيقات التي تنتمي إليها، والمعرّف الذي اختاره ذلك التطبيق لك في نظامه، وتاريخ بدء كل علاقة. لا شيء غير ذلك.
What it does not holdما لا يحتفظ به
- No name, no email address, no phone number. Enrolment never asks for any of them, so there is nothing to withhold and nothing to leak.لا اسم، ولا بريد إلكتروني، ولا رقم هاتف. فالتسجيل لا يطلب أياً منها أصلاً، فلا شيء نحجبه ولا شيء يمكن أن يتسرّب.
- No record of when you signed in. Not on any device, not ever — there is no “last used” date behind the scenes. A log of sign-ins would be a history of where you go, which is the one thing a service like this is most dangerous for keeping.لا سجلّ لوقت تسجيل دخولك. لا على أي جهاز، ولا في أي وقت — ليس هناك تاريخ «آخر استخدام» خلف الكواليس. فسجلّ تسجيلات الدخول تاريخٌ لأماكن تنقّلك، وهو أخطر ما قد تحتفظ به خدمة كهذه.
- No password. There is none to choose, none to reuse elsewhere, and none for us to store badly.لا كلمة مرور. لا كلمة تختارها، ولا كلمة تعيد استخدامها في مكان آخر، ولا كلمة نخزّنها نحن بطريقة سيئة.
The application you signed in to keeps its own records, and those are its own. We hold the id it chose for you; it holds whatever else it needs to run its product. Measuring a websiteقياس زيارات موقع
If you visited a website that measures its traffic with our product, we hold nothing about you at all — and that is a stronger claim than it sounds, so it is worth being precise about what it means.إن كنت زرت موقعاً يقيس زياراته بمنتجنا، فنحن لا نحتفظ بشيء عنك إطلاقاً — وهذا ادّعاء أقوى مما يبدو، لذا يجدر أن نكون دقيقين في معناه.
- No cookies, so nothing is stored in your browser and nothing follows you to the next site.لا ملفات تعريف ارتباط، فلا شيء يُخزَّن في متصفحك ولا شيء يتبعك إلى الموقع التالي.
- No fingerprinting. We do not combine your screen size, fonts, timezone or anything else into something that recognises you.لا بصمة جهاز. لا نجمع مقاس شاشتك أو خطوطك أو منطقتك الزمنية أو غير ذلك في شيء يتعرّف عليك.
- No identifier of any kind, including a hashed one. A hash of your address is still a name for you, and using one would defeat the point rather than achieve it.لا معرّف من أي نوع، بما في ذلك المعرّف المُجزَّأ. فتجزئة عنوانك تبقى اسماً لك، واستخدامها ينقض الغاية بدل أن يحقّقها.
- No record of an individual visit exists at any point. A pageview adds one to a counter and is gone. Placing an addressتحديد بلد العنوان
Geoloc answers one question for the businesses that use it: which country is this internet address in? If a site you used showed you prices in your own currency, this may be why.يجيب Geoloc عن سؤال واحد للشركات التي تستخدمه: في أي بلد يقع عنوان الإنترنت هذا؟ فإن أظهر لك موقع استخدمته الأسعار بعملتك، فقد يكون هذا هو السبب.
- Request logging is disabled. Not filtered afterwards — not collected. There is no record of which addresses were asked about.تسجيل الطلبات مُعطَّل. لا يُرشَّح لاحقاً — بل لا يُجمع أصلاً. فلا سجلّ للعناوين التي سُئل عنها.
- The answer is a country, not a place. It is derived from published registry data about who an address range belongs to — not from anything you did.الجواب بلد، لا موقع. وهو مستخرَج من بيانات السجلّات المنشورة عن مالك نطاق العناوين — لا من أي شيء فعلته.

Deleting your Auth account cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it. We hold nothing that could identify you a second time, so a new account would be a genuinely new one — the applications you belonged to would no longer recognise you, and each of them would have to invite you again.حذف حسابك في Auth لا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولا يمكننا استعادته. فنحن لا نحتفظ بما يعرّفك مرة ثانية، وأي حساب جديد سيكون جديداً بحقّ — إذ لن تتعرّف عليك التطبيقات التي كنت تنتمي إليها، وسيتعيّن على كل منها دعوتك من جديد.
If nothing invites you back, the account goes on its own. When the last application stops recognising you, we keep the account for thirty days — long enough to be invited back and keep the passkeys you already have — and then delete it.وإن لم يدعُك أحد مجدداً، يُحذف الحساب من تلقاء نفسه. فحين يتوقف آخر تطبيق عن التعرّف عليك، نحتفظ بالحساب ثلاثين يوماً — مدة تكفي لتُدعى من جديد وتحتفظ بمفاتيح المرور التي لديك — ثم نحذفه.

Everything above is about the people who use an application. If you are the company that bought the product, your own account — your organisation, the people you invited to it, and your billing details — is a separate thing, and you manage it in the console.كل ما سبق يخصّ الأشخاص الذين يستخدمون التطبيق. أما إن كنت الشركة التي اشترت المنتج، فحسابك — مؤسستك، ومن دعوتهم إليها، وبيانات الفوترة — شيء منفصل، تديره من لوحة التحكم.
A customer account holding a name and an email address does not contradict any of the above. The promise is about the people holding passkeys, whom we know nothing about. A customer is a company we have a commercial relationship with, and we need a way to send them an invoice, and a person to address it to.ووجود اسم وبريد إلكتروني في حساب عميل لا يناقض شيئاً مما سبق. فالوعد يخصّ الأشخاص الذين يحملون مفاتيح المرور، ونحن لا نعرف عنهم شيئاً. أما العميل فشركة تربطنا بها علاقة تجارية، ونحتاج وسيلة لإرسال الفاتورة إليها، وشخصاً نوجّهها إليه.
